The role:

The App Nest/Catwalk Couture is growing quickly which means our directors are very busy; we need someone to take help out with some of their administrative tasks.

The business is fast-growing and is going to accelerate from 20 - 60 passionate people in 2019.  We have an awesome product, an incredible market opportunity and a who's who of awesomeness in our advisory and Director teams.

A typical week as a Personal Assistant might involve;

  • Management of admin and operational processes

  • Overall responsibility for diary management

  • Pre-planning work-load for directors

  • Help with on-boarding of new hires

  • Helping out with any events

  • Supporting the office manager with some admin tasks

  • Occasional travel to Milton Keynes

We’re looking for someone who most essentially has;

  • At least one year's experience working as a PA/EA
  • Worked in a scaling technology business
  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Good commercial awareness - this is a fast paced business so it's important that you have a good understanding of the commercial world.

  • A proactive attitude to implement processes that will streamline business activities

  • An ability to make the complicated simple, yet compliant and effective

  • Ability to work autonomously and spot potential issues before they arise

It’s a bonus if you;

  • An interest in fashion and/or tech

  • Have worked with a Chief Technical Office or Software Development team


University degree or higher
